The playgroup leader is Shirley Lewis

Shirley has a foundation degree in Early Years, a BTEC in Nursery Nursing and a Diploma in Pre-school Practice. She has many years experience working in Early Years settings and is the mother of 3 children.

The playgroup deputy leader is Mandy Cooper

Mandy has NVQ level 2 and level 3 in children's care, learning and development. She is trained in First Aid for Early Years. Mandy is a mother of two children and has many years experience in child care.

Deana Hawkins is our playgroup assistant

Deana holds a certificate in Pre-school Practice Level 3. She also has a diploma in Pre-school Practice Level 3, and has worked in various pre-school settings. She is trained in First Aid for Early Years. She is the mother of two children.

The staff and playgroup are supported by the EYDCP and the pre-school Learning Alliance.
