The playgroup leader is Aby Kench

Aby is NVQ level 3 trained in child care and development and is currently studying for her Foundation Degree in Teaching and Learning and has lots of experience in working in pre-school settings. She is trained in First Aid for Early Years. Aby has 2 boys and they enjoy heading off in their van with their dog camping and surfing at weekends.

The playgroup deputy leader is Deena Hawkins

Deena holds a certificate in Pre-School Practice at level 3. She also has a diploma in Pre-School practice level 3 and has worked in various pre-school settings. She is trained in First Aid for Early Years. She is a mother of two children.

Mandy Cooper is a playgroup assistant

Mandy has NVQ level 2 and level 3 in children's care, learning and development. She is trained in First Aid for Early Years. Mandy is a mother of two children and has many years experience in child care.

The staff and playgroup are supported by the EYDCP and the pre-school Learning Alliance.
